Florida has had a relatively quiet offseason for a team that was right in the thick of the College Football Playoff race just nine short months ago.

Of course, the Gators flopped to end the season, tossing away a terrific opportunity to enter the SEC title game with everything on the line when they lost to a lowly LSU Tigers squad. After a defeat against Alabama in the SEC title game, the season ended with a dull thud about two weeks later when Oklahoma embarrassed Florida in the Cotton Bowl to send UF to the offseason with three straight losses.

Going into 2021, Georgia is now the heavy favorite in the SEC East as Florida looks to fix a historically bad defense and replace a ton of offensive firepower.
